**Is your phone BLOCKED?: It is REQUIRED that you make sure your phone is not blocked before you purchase an unlock code. If your phone is blocked an unlock code will NOT unlock your phone. You can check to see if your phone is blocked by going to: (OS6 or below) Options > Advanced Options > SIM Card and then typing in mepd or MEPD, (OS6 or above) Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > SIM Card and then type mepd or MEPD. If you see "BLOCKED" beside Network or Service Provider then someone has already tried to enter the unlock code too many times and hard-locked your phone. If you see "INACTIVE" or "DISABLED" then your phone is already unlocked and you do not need a code.

***Refund Policy/ Details: ALL of our unlock codes are correct for the information that you provide us. If you do not double check your information and provide us with an incorrect IMEI or incorrect MEP ID you will not receive a refund. You are also required to check to see if your phone is blocked BEFORE payment (blocked phones CANNOT be unlocked by code). Some phones freeze or are unable to accept an unlock code due to software errors (the attempt counter remains at 10). In this case you must provide a video showing the IMEI screen and the entire unlocking process in order to receive a refund.
